Component Warranty Time Frames
Airframe 12 Months
Motors 12 Months
Newton 3 release 12 Months
Remote Controller 12 Months
Battery 6 Months (<300 cycles)
Battery Charger 12 Months
Propellers No Warranty
Landing gear No warranty
This Warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts such as propellers, landing gear or any coatings that could deteriorate over time if maintenance is not done, are considered normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by unauthorised accessories, modifications, or repairs.
- Any minor scratches, dents, or blemishes unless they are caused by defects in the materials used.
- Damage caused by ingress of any water, whether rain, snow or landing in a body of water accidentally or intentionally.
- Operating outside of the scope of this user manual
- If the UAV is being used for any commercial activity.
- Any products if no proof of purchase can be supplied.
- Any crashes caused by pilot error or factors unrelated to manufacturer error.
- Exceeding the max take-off weight stipulated in the user manual.
- Any damage caused by using the UAV in a compromised state.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property loss or damage, whether directly or indirectly, caused by but not limited to the following:
- Operating this UAV Unlawfully.
- Operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or any mental impairment.
- Operating this UAV in any way that contravenes this user manual or using it for any other purpose that it was not intended for.
- Failure to follow the user manual regarding the set-up and operation of the UAV.
- Trying to lift loads exceeding 450 grams.
- Any unauthorised Modifications have been made to any of the components.
- Non-original parts, spares or components have been used.
- The UAV has been used in adverse weather i.e., Winds > 20knots, rain, snow, or hail.
- Failure to follow any warnings displayed by the UAV or Controller.
- Damage due to neglected basic maintenance.
- Or any other losses or damages caused beyond the scope of our liability.
- Condor Drones will NOT be held responsible for any loss or disclosure of any customer data that may be contained in a product when it is received for service or warranty repairs.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
Contact Condor Drones by completing the contact form below, or emailing info@condordrones.com.au with:
- The issue you are having explained in as much detail as possible.
- The situation that caused you to notice the issue for the first time.
What We Will Do
We will attempt to diagnose and correct the problem via email or phone with you.
If the problem can not be resolved with you we will require you to:
- Return the Drone to Condor Drones for further assessment- If it is a warrantable claim your drone will be repaired or replaced.
- If it is not a warrantable claim, you will be given the option of getting it repaired at your own cost. If you decline the repairs it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- We will repair or replace the drone components using new and/or used parts or products that are equivalent to new items in performance and reliability.
- In the case of a warranty repair, the product will be returned to you at Condor Drones’ cost. Any replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.
*The drone has to be returned so that the flight logs can be downloaded to ascertain what the issue is with the drone. Unfortunately, NO warranty claim can be made without the complete drone.
